Are the sunglasses genuine?

Yes. The sunglasses you purchase with us are 100% genuine.  We are a certified dealer for Ray-Ban.

Are the sunglasses 100% UV protective?

All Ray-Ban sunglasses offer UV 400 protection, which refers to protection from 400 nanometres UVA and UVB.

How do I know if the sunglasses are in stock?

We hold stock for all of the sunglasses displayed on our website enabling us to provide a quick delivery service.  If an item is out of stock, It will be clearly listed as such and you will be unable to add it to your basket.

Where do I look to find my frame models information?

All of the model information of each pair of sunglasses can be found on the inside of each temple. The picture below demonstrates the most common layout of this information.

How can I search for particular sunglasses?

A search tool is located at the top of our home page if you already know the make and model of sunglasses you are looking for.  Another alternative way to search is to use the options bar, here you can search colour, make, style and price.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use the Stripe payment gateway to make sure all transactions are authorised and authenticated immediately, helping to reduce fraud.

Can I pay for my order over the phone or email?

We accept payment through email invoices or online through the store only. This enables us to check the payment automatically through Stripe and make sure your details are safe.

What is an email invoice?

An email invoice is when we send you a pdf invoice for the cost of your purchase, which includes a direct link to complete your purchase through Stripe. This is typically used for Replacement parts orders. We generate a new order invoice for your replacement parts and email that to you with an included link to pay directly.

Can I order a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses not sold on your website?

Sure. Simply email or call us with the model number, colour code and lens size and a member of the team will advise you if these sunglasses are still available to order. Once ordered direct with Luxottica, sunglasses will take approximately 7-14 business* days to arrive at our warehouse.

*Delivery date may be longer if sunglasses need to be produced.

Customers will need to purchase their order through an email invoice payment link and will be notified as soon as the sunglasses have left our warehouse.

What happens after I place my order online?

Once you have placed an order with us online you will be sent a notification email confirming your purchase. Your order will be checked and processed before being dispatched.

You will then receive another email notifying you that your order has been sent to the given address.  All orders are packaged securely to provide extra security whilst in transit.

Do you check the sunglasses before dispatch?

Before the sunglasses are packaged they will be quality checked by a member of staff. We make sure that the frame make and model number corresponds to your order before checking for any faults or damages to the lenses, hinges, nose pads and all other aspects of the sunglasses. Only after these checks will the sunglasses be signed off and enter the packing and dispatch stage.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to get your sunglasses to you within a few days. However, this may depend on your delivery option, destination or time you placed the order.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature £5.95 – Orders will typically arrive the next working day. Includes full online tracking and requires a signature on arrival. Order before 3pm Mon – Fri for next day delivery.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature £4.95 – Orders will typically arrive in 2 -3 days. Includes full online tracking and requires a signature on arrival.

What is the returns policy?

We offer a 30 day returns policy for all of our sunglasses. Sunglasses must return to us in the same unworn condition as they were dispatched with the security tag attached and in their original undamaged case, then a full refund or exchange will be offered, minus the initial delivery charge. If you cancel your order within 14 days, a full refund including initial delivery charge will be offered.

How do I return my sunglasses?

Complete the returns form explaining the reasons for return, package it with your returning product and send it back to us using your preferred delivery service. We recommend sending the sunglasses back to us using a recorded delivery service due to the value of goods and for that extra security, as we will not be liable for products lost in transit.

What is this tag around my sunglasses?

We fit a company branded security tag around the bridge of all sunglasses.  This tag must not be removed or the item then becomes non-refundable. The printed tag reminds the buyer of this policy.

Do you have a retail shop at your premises?

We currently only sell sunglasses online.
